I shared a little bit about my story in this episode, but I bought my first house at 24. I'm not sharing this to brag at all. We probably should have never bought a house. We barely had enough cash to cover down payment, fees, and then pay all the costs that come after you buy a house.

This was right before I went into the financial field and the paperwork,

and everything that you had to do with buying a house just literally put my head in a complete

tailspin. I have always had this sort of obsessive habit over numbers, and so it was just a lot of numbers all

at once. Moral of the story, though, know when it's the right time to buy a house for you and your

wallet. But when you do, technology has come such a long way that companies like Simplest

literally take the headache part out of the mortgage

process and really give you back time and your sanity, which I can tell you is a big win when you're
