I think we see a lot of, I mean, there's a lot of issues with just university education.

I think more and more Americans in particular

are getting frustrated with the state of university education. It certainly gets blamed for a lot of

negative social change and impact in the United States today. But also, there seems to be a system

where people feel trapped to it, where you feel like you have to go or you have to still encourage your kids to go to college or university, but the costs maybe don't outweigh the benefits or they do outweigh the benefits.

So how do we judge this? And I guess the question is, is the idea of the university or is the heart of the university still there in the midst of all of this?

You know, I was going to, when you asked the initial question, is the university dead or however you put it? I was thinking, you know, because Scott and I, your dad and I, have spent a lot of time at university.

It's as students and then on faculties and staff and administrations and so on.
