Good morning. This is Lisa Hacking. I am a member of the Thrive Board and we are

here this morning to address some concerns and talk about thrive and if

thrive should survive and it really makes me sad to even say that because I

love thrive and thrive is such an important part of my life and a part of our

community. So with that said, let's get started. Yeah and I'm John. Thanks Lisa for

being willing to be here and I guess our other two participants should

introduce themselves Clint. You want to say hi? Hey good morning Clint Martin

here also. Well we'll talk about this more but previously on the Thrive Board

and excited to spend a Monday morning with you all. Yeah and Jenny. Hi Jenny

Martin. I'm really happy to be here. I'm on the Thrive Board also. Yeah and I

guess is there anybody who wants to say anything just as we open before we

kind of jump into our attempts to address criticisms and concerns to be

transparent and to kind of I mean I guess the thumbnail is a little bit

dramatic right? Should we let Thrive die and I'm sure that there's some people

saying oh you guys are just being dramatic. You know do anybody want to address

that? Why would they say that John? Tell us about it. You're asking me. Yeah I mean I

don't know I guess maybe they would say it's just clickbait or we're just making

threats or or that sort of thing or trying to be dramatic or get attention or

victimize ourselves I don't know. Yeah. Yeah. And my my answer to that would be

this is really hard. This takes a lot of work a lot of time a lot of effort and a

lot of energy and if it's not valuable to people we have really great things to

go do in life and we don't need to do this. But we love it and we we feel that
