The Birch Show.

All right, so what do you have going on in your life that you want to share with the

birch show?

In this case here, my mother insisting my entire wedding reception menu be made up of items

that my four cousins can eat.

Okay.

So I think what this is circulating around is when you are offering food at your wedding

or your reception, do you cater to those that have special eating needs?

If there's somebody has like a serious food allergy or if they are vegan, you would

hopefully have a vegan option for them or you would make an exception for a person who

has a severe food allergy, yes.

So even one person?

Yeah, you can talk to your caterer and they can make one special dish.

You wouldn't tell everybody else, but they would make one special dish for that person.

So everybody else's food will come out.

They're all getting the chicken or the salmon or whatever.

And then that guest you have that has the food allergy or that guest you have that has

the, that's a vegetarian or vegan, we'll get their meal.

Okay.
