Will Reg. It's from Sports Illustrated along with me and I got to tell you we just came from a Matt Daniels press conference and before this I tackled will to the ground.

So we're ready to go. We're hyped for this after listening to Matt Daniels. I have to say, well, in my entire career, I have never experienced

press conferences like those, a Viking Special Teams coordinator, Matt Daniels. They are intense,

so intense that at the end he talked about how there's

a bunch of killers out there on special teams and you have to be really tough and courageous

to play special teams in the NFL. And'm just like all right football let's go

It's it's the best part of every single week that we get to kind of do this and cover this team is is hearing from Matt Daniels and

He's so he's just so fun to listen to he's super engaged and you can tell he's really really passionate about special teams

and then once at least once every press conference he is going to come out of left field with some wild analogy or metaphor or just straight up say something outlandish and it's awesome. I love it. I hope he becomes a head coach someday and everyone will get to kind of the national public will get to discover how great he is kind of like the Mike McDaniel thing like I'm sure the 49ers people knew that he was an interesting quote and kind of a weird quirky guy and

now everyone's getting to experience it while he's a head coach so I hope Matt

Daniels becomes a head coach someday because he seems like he's also just a genuinely

really good dude.

Well, yeah, I mean the way that he connects with his players and he was talking about

that today.

And that's the thing about his press conferences.

They're not just like a laugh fest.

I mean, they're often really interesting, but then he mixes in something that you never see coming like well his J.

J. L. Rager commentary I want to talk about that actually but of course early in the year when he called him cocky built and talked about his

haunches or something. Yeah it was very weird and then even he made a dating

analogy last week with Ken A Wong-Woe that like, I don't know if you quite thought
