I'm your host, relationship coach and attachment expert Stephanie Rigg,

0:17.0

and I'm really glad you're here. Hey everybody. Welcome back to another episode of On attachment. So in today's

0:29.2

episode we're talking all about when to leave a relationship, five questions to help you decide

0:36.3

whether to stay or go. So this is a big topic and it's not something that I want to suggest is an easy decision to make because obviously it isn't. It's complicated.

around what happened making sure that you're distilling down what happened

1:55.8

2:19.7

to the future.

2:21.3

I would love to see you there so you can join the wait list via the show notes.

2:25.6

There's also a free guided meditation that I'll send you once you sign up which is

2:31.1

all around finding closure and letting go.

2:33.6

So you can head to the show notes on my website if you're interested in that.

2:38.8

Okay, so let's dive into, should I stay or should I go. The first question that I want to offer you here is, do you really want it to get better?

2:51.0

Or if you're being honest with yourself does it feel too far gone.

2:56.4

Okay so another way of thinking about this is if we suddenly started making progress on all the things I've been complaining about,
