before you start buying rental properties. Well, there's good news and there's bad news to that. The good news is that either

way, no matter, you know, if you have bought your first property or not, that doesn't matter. Either either way you'll always be able to transfer ownership of your

property into an LLC if you create your LLC after you've bought your property.
