0:51.3	I have a meeting with a friend who's a banker.
0:53.5	We're going to talk about possible investments.
0:55.6	But I have a friend who bought a piece of property in Thailand for about 30,000 in cash.
1:03.2	And I was thinking about doing the same thing.
1:06.5	So I might actually be in Thailand in about the next three weeks or so to take a look at some things.
1:12.7	It's just the first time I've had quite a chunk of change in the bank and being debt-free.
