I'm Cole Kuiper here with Giants Insider, Alex Padoidge.

This is kind of the opposite.

This is like a limited edition episode because there is so much in motion right now in the world of Major League Baseball.

So thanks for tuning in. And I hope we're telling you things that aren't old news yet.

So right off the top, we're going to be talking MLB trade deadline, what that means for the

Giants. And maybe what that could mean around the league. We'll definitely touch on Giants

versus Cubs because it was a series that was much more palatable than some of the other

showings we've seen from the Giants over the past few weeks. And we'll feature the last

segment of Logan Webb's homegrown special, which airs on NBC Sports Bay Area on August 2nd.

Before we go any further, though, I got to mention that Giant's Talk is presented by

Obviously, the person people are most concerned, most discussing is Carlos Erdog,

and how he pitched an absolute gem on Sunday night,

and that could have been his final outing in the orange and black.

So it could be like, you know, anything could change by the time most people listen.
