Jayden's been hurt three straight times and three straight games. Does this organization have to take a

different approach with him with regard to keeping him on the field, even if a game's lost or you

think there's a chance, even if you think there's still a chance to win, if it's not capable

of giving him the support he needs on the offense and the defensive side for him

to be at his best. Yeah, I think the answer to that is we will give him the support to do that.

And I am certain of that, Dave, to make sure that we do that in every single way.

And that's calls, offense, defense, you know, like the whole way through, man. I absolutely

feel that way. I'm, you know, the hamstring injury. And so tonight with an elbow, it's really important we get that part right. And we will. Yeah, but you didn't last night. You know, everybody makes mistakes. Like I said, I like Dan Quinn. I like him a lot. I want him to be the team's coach. I want him to be the team's coach

for a long time. And I think he is, you know, I think he's more than up to it. He made a massive

mistake last night, a preventable mistake. You know, not every game does it make sense to

pull the quarterback late in the game in which you're getting your ass kicked.

But the context around last night's game, there was only one answer.

He should not have been in the game in the fourth quarter, period.

It was coaching malpractice.

It was dereliction of duty.

It was.

It just was.

And everybody makes mistakes.

He made one last night. That should not have happened last night.

He was injured for the second time a few weeks ago. This was a game in which he was literally

high-risked all night long because of the lack of weapons on the field, because of the opponent they were playing,
