| 0:00.0 | Hey guys, welcome back to According to I'm Megan and I'm Sierra for this week's episode. |
| 0:09.5 | We were actually just looking at the comments for our Instagram post that we just posted for last week's episode. |
| 0:15.9 | And someone said, you guys should talk about cancel culture. |
| 0:18.1 | And I was like, that's a great idea. |
| 0:19.6 | So that's what this episode is about. |
| 0:24.6 | Especially because I feel like cancel culture, not that it hasn't always been prevalent but like there are things going on right now that make it especially prevalent and so we're |
| 0:29.3 | going to talk through what cancel culture is why do people like doing cancel culture we're |
| 0:34.9 | going to look at some of your guys's thoughts later because we asked your opinions and so we will go through those probably towards the end of the episode just to |
| 0:41.1 | talk through some of your guys's thoughts and then also just commenting on those whether we agree |
| 0:45.4 | or disagree with you guys and yeah, we're ready for an interesting episode. But before we get |
| 0:50.5 | started, it's time to talk about our weekly spotlights. So I guess I can go ahead and go first. |
| 0:55.3 | My weekly spotlight is that our PT courses for the summer session, they were finally posted |
| 1:01.3 | online, and so I'm no longer wondering when everything is going to start and what's happening. |
| 1:05.5 | So it's good to finally get things written down and kind of like get a schedule in my mind |
| 1:09.6 | of what's going to go on. |
| 1:45.1 | Yeah, mine's kind of similar. I, with the courses starting to be opened up and like we're actually starting to see what's going on, I've been just like kind of stressed out in the fact that most of our summer session is going to be online and delivered remotely. And so I'm just like, wow, I really have to like make sure that I'm on top of everything and that I know when everything is and that I don't lose track of stuff because it's going to be like a lot of like it's going to be on me yeah and so I've been I decided to start using Google calendar which I've tried using in the past but it's never really been super beneficial for me but I feel like it really is going to be helpful for grad school. |
| 1:49.7 | And so I've been setting stuff up with that and putting in like, oh, I have a live class this time during this day, and I'm color coding it. |
| 1:52.6 | And then I also started using Google Keep, which is like a notes thing that you can open up |
| 1:57.0 | with Google Calendar. |
| 1:58.5 | And so I'm still trying to figure out exactly how I want to organize everything, but seeing everything laid out gives me, like, some peace because I'm like, |
| 2:05.5 | okay, I should be able to do it. |
| 2:07.7 | Megan and I are also planning on vlogging the entire first week of classes. |
