A former advisor to HHS, FDA, CMS, and CDC, and former Co-Chair of CDC’s Evaluation of Genomic Applications in Practice and Prevention Working Group (EGAPP), he completed his medical training at Yale School of Medicine and received his law degree from Yale Law School.
