The release date for Aaron Carter's memoir, which he tried to shut down before his death,

has been postponed.

The attorney, representing Ballot's books and the author Andy Simon, said out of respect

for the Carter family, my client has decided to defer the further release of the

book at this time.

Mr. Carter was not just celebrity, but also a father, a brother, a son, and a friend,

to many still grieving for him.

And I'm like, yeah, he literally just passed away.

Now the attorney alleged that Aaron wanted his story told and chose this particular author,

Andy Simon's, according to the attorney, a well-respected journalist and author to tell

that story with all his beauty and rawness.

However, reps for Aaron Carter, who again tragically died November 5th at the age of 34, said

Aaron attempted to stop the publication of Aaron Carter an incomplete story of an incomplete

life.

His reps are saying, in the midst of working on this book, they said, they said Aaron said,

I want nothing to do with this and stopped.
