When you know the right procedures, you know how to work with the banks, and you don't assume things that maybe other people assume. There's some really good problems to be made and some really good opportunities now and in the future in short sales. So listen to him because this becomes just like a masterclass. I just hammer them out with questions that I was curious about and he gives really good answers. So this is a very good information of little a masterclass in short sale investing. And then he talks about how to actually be the lender afterwards. You make the money and then you lend it out to other people and some safe ways to do that and make some great returns.
