Creative Visions in association with Planet Classroom Network has launched Shine, an innovative multimedia project that invites youth around the world to use their creativity and innovations to inspire new ideas that present a more positive future for all.

It's time to dazzle the world, to express yourself. It's time to shine.

Today, on Planet Classroom, we will hear from young leaders at UN Youth and the Global Citizenship Foundation.

Given the global events and challenges of the past year, what are some of their personal wishes or dreams for the world post-COVID-19?

What important lessons have they learned during this period? Finally, what are their ideas for how we might reform global learning so that it supports the local good and the global good in our world?

My name is Arjud Kumar Singh and I am on Planet Classroom.

I chose the Global Citizenship Foundation because of the holistic message it carries to young people across the world.

For instance, through its definition of global citizenship itself, it not only aims to foster peace but also build a more sustainable world for everyone.

From the child who aspires to design more sustainable buildings to the child who wants to design new technology.

Global Citizenship has a message for everyone.

My personal wish for the world post-COVID-19 is that people across the world should understand their interconnectedness.

One person's action in some part of China would also affect a person living in the countryside of the United Kingdom.
