But you know what looks even better than one case, 1.1. So we're getting close to that as well. I just got back from Cape Cod. I live in Massachusetts and my family on the Cape.

And it's a great place to visit. And boy did I eat bad. It was in a really good way with intermittent fasting and doing well in the last three days. I just ate like a pig and I feel great. No, I feel terrible.

That's that's why I'm I'm a little piggy. I'm a little ginger piggy. And when I get into the in the green room, I can't stop eating. So I'm back home, back on the rails.

I'm going to punish myself and not eat for at least like 18 hours. That's that's the plan anyways guys.

Actually, just to just to clarify, I was active 6.5 as a cop and now I'm a two year dispatcher at another agency. So okay.

Yeah, actually, we that's funny because we've been talking since comm center came out about me getting on the show and it's just a scheduling thing. We just haven't done it yet. They've been on my show once.
