I'm Danielle Laporte.

And essentially, this is a one-woman show about self-realization called With Love, Danielle.

I'll be talking about compassion, self-help fatigue, sex, joy, serving the world. This is about a spirituality that's

way more rock and roll than it is oppressive. I am not into making grand motivational promises,

but I can commit to showing up as fully, sincerely, authentically as possible with the intention of really alleviating suffering

and amplifying joy just for starters.

It's about doing everything I can to help all of us feel

a little less crazy, a lot more full of possibility

and clearly part of the solution. So I just had a friend who had to go into court to defend herself against some big bag, greedy guys.

And we were talking about protection.

And of course, she wants to feel protected.

She's going into a situation of conflict, of strategic attack.

So she wants prayers.

And she's entering that space of, I have to be defended.

I mean, it's a process of defense, my response for all of us to

consider right now. What if we take our intention, our vibration from focusing on defending

and working against negative energy or attack and move into the space of, I'm going to transmute the situation.

Transmutation only happens in the heart.

Love is the greatest protective force.

No arrow can land on your heart when your heart is full of love and compassion.

Just gets deflected.

So in those situations of conflict where we perceive that it's coming,
