Hey, the Bird Show. Bulldogs are supposed to be stupid, but I am being outwitted by my new adopted bulldog.

So I've got this bulldog about what a month ago now?

I guess it's about a month ago.

Sounds about right.

And she's three and a half years old.

And she is really skittish.

She grew up on a farm in Iowa.

She's not used to a whole bunch of different people.

So for the last month, I can see every single day

her just getting incrementally a little bit

safer and more comfortable in her new surroundings,

but it is taking a lot. Like like I don't think that she was ever

on a collar and a leash and every day we're going out on a walk now when some days are great

other days it's like trying to pull in a marlin from the ocean.

There she's coming to me now when I say here most of the time I've had to use a

vibrate collar not a shot collar vibrate collar then she's like oh yeah I know

what's coming I better go over to this dude but my trainer my dog trainer

Jenny has suggested that because my dog loves to just hide under two different hedges that I

have in my backyard and I'm in this new house my backyard looks like crap

but there are two hedges back there that she just dives for and hides there all day long.

And she'll stay there and it's very difficult to get her out.
