Summary

0:25.7	We did. We got engaged this last week. I was in the hospital for part of it. It was awesome.
0:30.5	That's why our episode was a little bit late last week. Last week was crazy. It was my birthday.
0:35.6	And then Heath proposed in this cabin in Bend, Oregon, which was amazing. And then hours later,
0:42.4	he was in the hospital. But he's doing much better now. Yes, I was very sick. But overall,
0:47.6	it was a great vacation. And I'm so glad that I have a fiance now. That's pretty awesome.
0:53.7	About dang time. I know, right? It's crazy. We've had this podcast for two years. And it's funny
0:59.9	because a lot of people they're like, I already I thought that you guys were married already. It's like,
1:03.5	no, we were just dating. But anyhow, so today we're going to be talking about a case that happens
1:08.8	around Halloween time. But nonetheless, very tragic story. We do, by the way, guys, remember,

2:19.3	Shawna Howe was born on July 11, 1981 in Oil City, Pennsylvania to her
2:49.2	mother Lucy Howe. She was raised in Oil City by her mom Lucy and her stepfather John alongside her older brother and younger sister.
2:59.2	Oil City, by the way, is a very small town of around 12,000 people or at least in the early 90s, just about an hour and a half away from Pittsburgh.
3:08.8	Shawna was described to be headstrong and sassy yet shy. And this is what her mom says. And she was a proud member of her local girl scouts troop.
