Welcome back to Self Care Daily and welcome to our final harvest practice of this week.

One of my absolute favorite things about growing foods and growing a garden is the fact that I

get to share the harvest that I end up with every year. Sharing things that I have grown

myself, that I put intention into, that I spend time nurturing

and nourishing, it really is the most special thing. Whenever we go to dinner with friends or we go

to someone's house, I always bring, instead of bringing a bottle of wine, I love bringing a bouquet of

flowers that I grew myself, or a little jar of honey from our own bees or maybe some marmalade

or some jam or something that I've made in the kitchen. It feels so good to share what we have

an abundance of. And that goes for every area of our lives. When we have our cups overflowing,

I think the natural thing is to share that abundance,

to not hoard what we have a lot of, but to actually look around at the people in our lives,

that our friends and our families and our neighbors, our community, people we don't know,

how could I bless someone else with this abundance that I have found

myself with in life right now? And that's exactly what I want you to do for today's self-care practice.
