And today I am beyond happy blessed and excited to welcome Jen

Lansing to the show Jen's life took a 180 degree turn when her daughter Teal was diagnosed with special needs.

She was running a multi-million dollar training and communications company

within the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, traveling around the world, facilitating interactive events and working too many hours.

But with a few words from a neurologist, her whole world changed.

Priorities changed, her focus changed. Now almost three years later, Jan is

host of a new podcast called for our special kids, where she openly and honestly talks

about the magic and the mess of raising a child with special needs.

I absolutely love your story. You were forced out of your comfort zone of what was your normal

by this beautiful gift of your daughter and now it has opened these floodgates to a world
