Yeah, I'm in my mom era.

Chantel is officially a mom to a healthy, beautiful baby girl.

And before you tell us your birth story and just everything about it, I just want you guys

to know that on our last episode, Chantel literally was her water broke. She didn't want me to say her water broke for some reason. She was like, don't say that on this episode. I don't want people to think, like, I'm doing this podcast and my water broke. And she really was like, I don't want to go to the hospital until like I'm feeling like crazy contractions. Like I'd rather just be comfortable in my house. And she's like, do not tell people that my water broke,

but she was having contractions the entire time.

Like during that episode, I could see her muting the podcast.

Like I could see her muting herself.

And like women are just badass.

Like you were so fucking badass that you were contracting so heavily. Your water had broke

and you're sitting there recording a podcast before you go to the hospital. And you are just

like fucking incredible. I just knew that like because it was early. So I knew I was like we like we

didn't plan for this. And like usually like, um, Rex and I don't record on the weekends like Monday or Tuesdays or a day to kind of get like at least one in. And then like, I was like if I'm going to have a baby today, like I am not going to be able to record. Let me just do this. And I was like, it'll be a good distraction. But you guys like, I need to listen back to it because I remember I was literally sitting on a toilet naked and I'm contracting and I'm like, I need to see if I can

pick up on when I was like muting and like when I was not and like how I was talking. But like now that

I think about it, like that is crazy because we recorded that at 12 o'clock. I had my baby at 6 o'clock.

So like five hours later. So crazy. Like after that, so after that we hang up and I'm like, are you going to go to the hospital
