Shane, where are you coming from today?

Where are you at?

I'm in Pittsburgh, a little bit north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and it's rainy and dreary here today, but life's good. Man, I tell you what, it was real interesting. I'd been, wanted to talk to you for a long time, and if you go back to, you know, our career is back in WCW, and I guess we kind of briefly, we're in the same place,

same time in ECW, and it's not going to be a smoke-blowing session. But you and I, as soon as I met you,

and then we all of a sudden started working together, and we started feuding when Flying Brian

and I started, the Hollywood Blonds, and you and Ricky Steamboat were an established

tag team.

But, man, we always got along right off Jump Street, and we always had a blast working

with each other in the ring.

And I've always respected, you know, you work in the ring, and the promos.

And I really want to get to a promo section later on in the conversation.

But then along the way, you know, you really hit some hard times during your run in ECW or coming out of ECW.

But there was just a period of, you know, normally in an interview, you kind of talk with someone and shoot the breeze and kind of get all relaxed.

But with that being said, you and I have been on the phone for about

three or four or five minutes just shooting a breeze while you got into better reception.

But about a week ago, I interviewed a guy named Chris Bell. He made a bigger, faster,
