But as you can tell by the title of today's podcast episode, we are going to be diving

into the topic of shame. And this is a topic that I've wanted to cover for a while

but I really want to just sit down and really really work on this word because this is an area that I've walked through in my life

and I know that this is something that a lot of people have to work on overcoming

and combating but I get questions all the time and I minister to people all the time who are bounded and crippled by shame.
