back here next week I am leaving to go down to Georgia for the golf tournament

is this the member guest yes and it looks like we're talking like 90 degrees and

sunny in southwest Georgia.

It was a short week last week because of Full Fest.

We're going to talk a little bit about Full Fest. We're going to get to some sporting goods news, but let's start with the deal of the day, or at least an attempt at the deal of the day bear making a 62 billion

dollar bid for Monsanto. All of ours! All cash? Yeah that's what they say. All cash? Yeah, that's what they say. All cash. Here's a big check. Yeah. All cash.

I think they said they're going to raise 25% I believe of that from new equity issue as well.

Yeah, they were going to issue some equity in order to help raise the cash.
