And so I just want to say, whatever it is that y'all are going through, I'm so sorry that you're

you have these experiences. And I also want to thank everyone for sharing so that we can share

because a lot of our listeners, I think one of the great things about us being on the show or even

the podcast is like we share stuff with people to make them understand that like, okay, I'm you know,

I'm okay. I'm normal because there's other people out here who are experiencing drama and trauma and

you know have crazy things going on in their life. So you know, sharing these stories is a way
