And in today's episode I am taking a question from an audience member who wants to know more about

screen time and why does it have more negative implications for some kids as opposed to others

and what are my recommendations as far as

screen time what do I do with my own kids. So today we're going to be going into

everything I know and everything I don't know because there's a whole lot of that too about
