Just another day in Paradise, and by Paradise, I mean my apartment, the new place where I spend all my time.

I used to spend a lot of time here.

I work at home, but nope. Now it's pretty much all the time.

Yeah. All right. So, backstory, we get an email from my daughter's school saying, like, okay, all the kids homework that they've

been doing during the quarantine times is due on Wednesday, April 22nd.

I put that in my calendar. I email my husband and I'm like, I will handle this.

Don't you worry? It's not that I thought that Tuesday, this past Tuesday, which was not April 21st, was April 21st, but I like

tortured this child into getting all of her homework done. I was like, it's due tomorrow. We've got to get it done. I made this kid do like, I mean, she gotten a lot of it done. My former mother-in-law is a teacher,

so she'd gotten a ton of homework done.

I had been working my goddamn best.

But we literally did a seven
