Today is the perfect example of that. You're going to love this week's guest. Oh, I'm so excited to share this podcast episode with you. It's so good. I hope you were having a beautiful week. You're feeling good. But if you're not feeling good, if you're feeling stressed, depressed, anxious, oh, like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders. I get that feeling. This little shit show is about to put a smile on your face and turn that frown upside down. Let's talk about mental health. Nobody asked about my mental health score this week. On a scale of 1 to 10, one, let's say, is a rundown 7-Eleven or a gas station.

Some shitty-ass gas station, roaches, rats.

It's dusty, dirty, smelly, like that type of a vibe.

That's a one.

Bottom of the barrel.

We've all had to go and take a piss in one of those gas stations at road stop.

A 10 for me would be like a fancy steakhouse. A mastros. I don't know where all the mastros locations are at, but I know they have one in Malibu that's beautiful and one in Beverly Hills. Anyway, it's a fancy schmancy steakhouse. So a masters, a Ruth Chris, a Fleming's type of a place. That would be a solid 10. On that scale, I'm going to rate myself a solid

7.8. A 7.8 for me is actually a pretty comfortable space to be in. I'm not over the moon high.

I'm not feeling super low. I'm on cruise control. I'd say that's a cheesecake factory. Can't go

wrong with a cheesecake factory. I love the brown bread,

the Thai lettuce cups, Thai lettuce wraps. It's my favorite thing to order on the menu. Oh, it's so good.

It won't let me down. Anytime I try and steer away from what I typically always order at cheesecake

factory, I'm disappointed. So I just stay in my lane. I know what I like. I'm in, I'm out, boom.

I'm feeling like your local cheesecake factory right now.
