This week, I'm excited to bring back a past live-inspired podcast guest. His name is Chris Norton.

It's one I remember well because Chris's story blew me away.

Chris shared his journey from playing NCAA football to experiencing a tragic accident that left him

with a less than 3% chance of ever walking again. I'm going to have a link to his episode in the show notes,

but again, it's episode 43, and I just encourage you right now, check it out. It's been almost

two years since I shared that conversation with Chris. It has been to date one of my favorites,

and I wanted to bring him back to update all of us on what he's doing in his walk forward in life.

Hey, John. Thanks for having me. I'm really excited to be back on the show.

Chris, last time we spoke, you had already achieved your goal of walking across the graduation stage at Luther College.

And after you did that, it was recorded.

That went viral.

For those who have not yet seen that video, talk about what that was and why it mattered.

Well, the video of this walk, across the stage happened 2015, and it was a goal I set after I

suffered a severe spinal cord injury. And it was just a dream of mine. It was my fiance, Emily,

at the time, who helped me across the stage, just 18 impossible steps that just went around

the world and just blew us away by all the messages
