Let's talk about it, goal setting. What do people need to know?

Well, there's a ton of mistakes. One is they go into it and go, I've got to go from nothing to everything.

So they go, I got to go bigger, go home, and they commit to a goal they've never tried or experimented with, which is like marrying a person you just met.
