We have Seth Wickersham, incredible piece.

He and Don Van Nadeau on Demora Smith and the struggle to be the executive director of

the NFLPA and a life-advised all fitness-based with a buddy named Whitney Reed who's going

to join us in a little on Russell Wilson at the top.

I'm going to be quick here because we have a lot, especially with the life advice going

a little longer in the back end and then Wickersham is going to join us.

So, this Wilson News that follows up some of the stuff that we were saying here on the

podcast the last couple of weeks.

But Mike Sandu, we've had on a bunch and he and a couple other reporters from the athletic

are all over this Wilson story.

This is all incredibly predictable.

And I'm telling you just to gear up for the rest of this, okay?

Because Russell Wilson wants out of Seattle.

It's very clear, there's stuff I've shared and I haven't shared at all because there's

just stuff that I kind of can't.

And again, I'm not a reporter.

You guys either trust me, you don't trust me.

Know me well enough, I think, over the years that I'm not going to say any of this shit
