| 0:00.0 | Joining us now on Stu Guts and Company on behalf of the best tasting protein shake in the game, |
| 0:12.7 | and I've just had some. |
| 0:13.8 | It's actually true. |
| 0:15.1 | Rockin' Protein' it's called its first team, all-pro tight-end and NFL record breaker for receptions |
| 0:20.6 | by a tight-end. Trey McBride, Trey, how areBride how are you bud doing good man thank you so much for having me on this is uh this is a lot of fun yeah tell me what you're doing uh with rocking protein i'm i'm literally starving and i just had some and i was like that stuff's probably the protein yeah it's so good i mean the best thing about it is it doesn't leave that chalky taste in your mouth that most protein does, as you probably know. But, man, they got four flavors. They just came out with this new flavor. This is the chocolate banana. So chocolate was my favorite. And then they added this little banana kick. And it's no joke, man. You finish a workout. You get a good lift in, whatever. And you drink one of those. You'll be recharged ready to go. So it's an unreal protein company, and I love everything about it. Yeah, I'm sure it'll blow up. I'm curious how your Pro Bowl experience was, a flag football game. Yeah, it was a lot of fun, you know, just to, what an honor, first of all, just to be, you know, nominated as a Pro Bowl guy, and to be around some of the best players in the league to just spend a few days with those guys, man, it's so much fun. And, you know, the flag football game is, it is what it is. But it's just more fun to be around those guys and just surround yourself with some great players. It does let you, like, I know hitting is fun and it's part of the game and all. But like I like watching guys, juke guys. |
| 1:27.8 | I like watching the speed, the athleticism. Like I'm a big flag football player for the last 15 years. Like I love the sport. Like it's got to be a little bit of change of pace for you just to kind of be able to do that without the, you know, you're thinking a little different. You're like, man, I'm not going to run through this guy. |
| 1:40.8 | I got to, you know, juke, I got to stop. |
| 1:42.5 | I got to do something a little different. |
| 1:43.8 | So that aspect's a little different. |
| 1:45.3 | But man, what a fun game. |
| 1:47.2 | So many great players, juke. I got to stop. I got to do something a little different. So, man, what a fun game. So many great players, the quarterbacks, all the guys that we got to play with was, it was a lot of fun. My favorite is one of the big guys. Yeah, out there and show off with that. Yeah, then they, you know, let the offensive linemen run a few routes and let them do it. But yeah, what a cool game. I was talking to Cole Commit earlier, and I've just been curious, |
| 2:00.9 | because I grew up, I was high school, |
| 2:03.2 | me and my buddy were like, |
| 2:04.6 | all right, we I grew up, I was high school, me and my buddy were like, all right, |
| 2:04.8 | we're going to be, you'll be the tight end, I'll be the fullback. Let's kill it. By the time the roster came out, I was the center, he was a guard. Now, I was like, damn it, this is so much more. But is there like a fine line between |
| 2:14.5 | tight end and O line? Or for you, is it more like a fine line between |
| 2:18.2 | tight end and wide receiver? Yeah, I think there's a fine line |
| 2:20.4 | between the two. You know, there's different fine line between tight end and O line? Or for you, is it more like a fine line between tight end and |
| 2:18.7 | wide receiver? Yeah, I think there's a fine line between the two. You know, there's different types of tight ends. There's guys that, you know, are a little bigger, bulkier, whatever can block. So, yeah, there's a little fine line. Maybe we're more athletic than the offensive line. And maybe we can move around a little bit. Maybe we're a little skinny or whatever it is. and then there's a little fine line between the receiver and tight end. |
| 2:35.1 | You know, we're a little bit bigger. |
| 2:36.3 | We can, you put our hand in the ground, block a little bit. Maybe we're a little skinny or whatever it is. And then there's a little fine line between the receiver and tight end. We're a little bit bigger. We can, you put our hand in the ground, block a little bit, whatever it is. But a lot of it's a lot of the same. And there's so many great players, so many guys. And it's kind of unique because you could be closer to the offensive lineman or you can be a little closer to the wide receiver spectrum. Cole admitted that he was a little closer to maybe crossing the line and being an offensive |
| 2:52.5 | lineman when he was younger. Was there, were you always like tight end or did you have like receiver skills? I was kind of, you know, I was kind of probably closer to the receiver. I was always a little bit smaller. I played quarterback, played receiver, played all the, you know, fun positions. I was never, you know, eager to get my hand in the |
