Welcome to Pride Party News Daily. Thanks for being, we had a busy show today. Matt Van Epsis, he was here. He is running for that congressional seat in Nashville. That election is today. So we'll find out tonight if he pulled that one off. Hopefully it was a plus 20 Republican district for Trump. So it's way too close for comfort. Then we also talk to John Rich, which is awesome. That interview is surely going to be on the website, bright part.com and we had francis martel talk about invading venezuela she doesn't think we will posturing to try to get him it's a piece through strength so it's posture and try to get him to leave office so it's great to talk to her about that and ukraine some other things let's start here with our interview with dr a thought he was pretty interesting we'll talk to Dr. Oz here first. And then we'll get to my opening segment where we're talking about some of the easiest examples of, yeah, we don't want these immigrants. But then I give you a more challenging one. It's like, oh, well, what about these kids? We'll do that coming up next. But first, Dr. Oz. I want to go right to Dr. Oz. He is the administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Dr. Oz, good morning, sir.

1:36.7

Good morning, Mike. The big week for us is the final week of open enrollment, which, as you know, is the ability of everyone at Medicare with 69 million people

1:45.0

to give up their choices for the best plan that suits their needs their doctors, their

1:50.0

medications, save themselves hundreds of thousands of dollars.

1:53.0

I'm never quite sure why people don't do it but you definitely should because you've got

1:57.0

to wait another year if you don't sign up an open enrollment.

2:00.0

Okay. So how do we do it and another year if you don't sign up an open enrollment. Okay. How do we do it?

2:01.4

And what happens if you don't?

2:04.7

Go to 1,800 Medicare if you want to talk to somebody or it's even easier to go to Medicare.

2:09.0

Go these wonderful sites that have been crafted.

2:11.7

We worked hard at them to make sure that they're easy to navigate.

2:15.3

Unfortunately, if you don't go to these sites and figure out the best place to get your health

2:19.7

coverage and customize it to your needs based on what medications you're on and where your doctors

2:25.0

are practicing, then you have to wait another year, which means you're giving up all those

2:28.6

savings for the next 12 months.

2:31.0

And again, I think part of the reason people don't sign up is they don't realize how much power they have.

2:35.5

And they also don't appreciate how improved these sites are.

2:38.5

But it makes it really easy for you to pretty seamlessly identify the best program based on the medications you're on and based on the doctors you want to see.

2:46.8

Okay.

2:47.8

So I'm on the website right now.

2:49.4
