I recently became aware of a serial killer who began his killing wall on active duty and then after he separated, he went back to his hometown and continued what he started.

This man left many dead women in his wake, but one woman got away.

During my research into the serial killer, I came across a quote that summed up this man perfectly.

But it could also sum up most of the serial killers with a military background.

Of today's serial killer, Illinois State Attorney Richard Devine said, he's a quote, cunning opportunist.

Clever and manipulative, he camouflaged his animal instincts and murderous acts.
