We're back again with an episode talking about my Alaska cruise on Rail Caribbean Serenade of the Seas, finally made it back to Alaska.

And today I'm talking about what it was like sailing to the last frontier.

So I also apologize for a couple weeks of missing podcast episodes. There were a couple of reasons for that. And I also

apologize for my voice setting a little bit different today. I am getting over COVID. More on

that in next week's episode. But today, I wanted to talk about our Serenade of the Seas,

seven night cruise to Alaska.

We were actually booked on a back-to-back didn't make the second leg due to COVID.

Again, we'll talk about that in next week's episode.

But I did want to talk about the fact that we did get to see at least one week on board

the serenade of the seas and visit Alaska.

It was absolutely amazing.

Alaska is everything I had hoped it was. I mean,

I remember it being obviously amazing when we went on there in 2018 and we had tried to go in 2020 and

21 didn't happen. But we finally made it back here in 2022. And I got to tell you, if you take

nothing else away from this episode, it is that Alaska is absolutely amazing, wonderful, must do.

If you haven't gone yet, make plans to go. It is that impressive. So we had booked

Serenade to the Seas. It's a round trip seven-night cruise out of Vancouver. And we actually

booked this cruise a long time ago. We have found this to be a good deal. The reason why we

picked Serenade and not another cruise out of Seattle was for a couple reasons. Number one, Serenade had
