Another overtime or extra inning, excuse me, extra inning win last night for the Red Sox, which I think is telling and I think is adding up and is telling you what kind of on-field team it is.

Because sort of back to that thing with Paul about them being likable and they're not very likable.

And off the field, I find them to be sort of a rabbit-eared, soft, bitchy kind of team that I don't necessarily like.

On the field, however, Maz, they're pretty resilient, gutty group that is gutted out a lot of wins, a lot of big wins, and a lot of big spots. Yeah, the resiliency is indisputable. There's no question about it. It's sort of odd that, you know, they're one way off the field, but on the field, you know, they're tough, I feel. I think it's a pretty tough team, mentally tough team. So it's another extra inning win for the Red Sox last night. It's their 15th of the year. They're 15 and 3 in extra innings. So that is by a wide margin, the best extra inning winnings percentage in the major leagues.

I mean, it's preposterous.

And does that translate?

And I'm here to tell you that it does, because, again, we did the research.

The last five World Series champions have been ranked in the top 10 in the league in extra inning winning percentage.

In fact, seven of the last eight champions ranked in the top 10 in winning percentage in extra innings.

Last year's champion, the Cubs, were first in Major League Baseball and extra inning winning percentage just like you.

And I think this is telling.

I don't think that's an anomaly. I think Major League Baseball is parody-driven and has become a sport that hot team wins, just make the tournament, get on a roll, or be having that kind of year where things fall in place for you, and it translates. So I think it will translate for the Red Sox. That doesn't mean that they're going to win at all, or even win a series if they face Cleveland in the first round, because Cleveland might be better, and they're pitching. The socks pitching might not hold up. I'm not guaranteeing a World Series. I'm just telling you.

I think this quality of the Red Sox is established, and it will translate. Okay. So they're not going to lay over in the posies. So can I just jump in here?
