Summary
Convicted Rapist and Murderer Victor Martinez Hernandez is learning his fate today. The undocumented immigrant connected to a number of violent crimes is being sentenced today for the 2023 murder of Rachel Morin, a mom of five who was out on her nightly run along a wooded trail.
