Summary
Kelly talks to Ray Taffe, founder of SELM (Sensually Embodied Leadership Methodology). Ray is a "teacher for high achieving women ready to deepen the overall quality and intimacy of their lives, in every area." Ray also teaches on how to become aware of the emotion or sensations we may be avoiding and "understanding how life is going to keep presenting opportunities FOR YOU to feel that sensation."
