President Trump signed an executive order and three memorandum that address the need for

unemployment benefits, eviction moratoriums, delaying student loan payments, and a temporary delay

in payroll tax liability came under a lot of criticism, both from the left and some on the right.

This after negotiations fell flat in Congress last week over a new coronavirus stimulus bill.

There's speculation, obviously, a lot of it, that these actions may face legal challenges in the courts,

all happening as we are less than a week away from the Democratic convention.

plus Joe Biden's vice presidential nominee pick finally made.

The challenges of vetting and then rolling out a running mate

during a global pandemic are on display in a new photo that shows Joe Biden and Kamala Harris

speaking to each other earlier today on a Zoom call. They have not yet served together,

but Biden says he's felt connected to her for a long time through his late son with this.
