0:26.4	But in an unprecedented move, Republican Senator Mitt Romney broke party ranks and cast a
0:31.4	guilty vote on the abuse of power charge becoming the first
0:35.5	US senator in history to vote against the president of their own party in an
0:41.6	impeachment trial.
0:43.1	The vote on the charge of Obstructed Congress fell strictly along party lines.
