Ira is at the springtime meetings, the ACC Spring Meetings, where yesterday there was an awful lot of chatter about a lot of names who've aligned themselves with Florida State and their uncomfortable relationship with the ACC and its poor finances. So it should be interesting to see what he's able to glean.

But even as we speak, more information came out just about an hour ago in which one of

the beat writers covering Louisville suggests that they are now aligned with the other seven. So is it an eight now? Yeah, it's not magnificent seven anymore. It's got to get to the dandy dozen at some point. At some point, right? The elite eight. How about the elite eight? I like it. They should use that for basketball. It's not a bad play. It sounds good. It kind of rolls off the tone. Yeah.
