0:41.1	We just recently moved to San Jose from Oklahoma, and we sold our home there, and we want
0:46.6	to follow the baby steps and listening to show for a little bit.
0:50.3	But we also want to be able to buy a house someday. We have four children, and we're not sure if we should follow the baby steps, even though
0:58.0	I normally know you would recommend doing that.
1:00.0	We have about three to six months of reserves, but my job is not necessarily very secure
1:07.0	because it's not a pastor.
1:09.0	And because it's so expensive here, it would put us in a really bad spot if we were to
1:13.2	use the money that we have in savings to pay off our two vehicles which we could pay them both off
1:18.0	right now but it would leave us with no savings we just bought a new van because we have a fourth
1:22.5	child so we're not sure how to proceed we have no retirement to speak of except for my wife's retirement.
1:30.5	He's about to be a stay-at-home mom as well based on the situation that we have four children.
1:36.3	She has about $12,000 in her retirement account.
