Well, yes, but I wasn't able to get the acupuncture because I was going away just at the point that it started going wrong. So I got so I did when I

returned from my travels, I did then get acupuncture and I mean I can't say enough. Put it this way.

I couldn't get in and out the car. I was getting out the car to go to the acupuncture. I was,

I felt like it took me 10 minutes. It was excruciating and I was on a lot of drugs at this point.

Somehow managed to get on the acupuncture table.

And then after an hour and a quarter, got off the table and just sort of got back in the car.

I mean, you know, and then what's lovely is she always says, oh, and it will continue to work for the next 48 hours.

So it just, you know, it does. It's amazing. I managed to have two appointments before I went and then hosted a new retreat here in Cornwall. Nice.
