| 1:56.7 | very good for your health. So many studies show and the herb Hi Biscuits can |
| 2:07.8 | benefit your heart health. It helps to calm you and many people sip it so they |
| 2:16.4 | can sleep better with that calming effect it offers. I find Hi Biscuits T to be a |
| 2:24.8 | little sour so you don't want to steep it too long and make sure to add a |
| 2:31.2 | little honey to it to sweeten it and then it is an ideal cup of tea. You also can |
| 2:40.4 | add some lemon to it and that will take the bite out of Hi Biscuits T. It's a |
| 2:48.8 | beautiful bright red tea with a fragrant aroma. So now you have an herb you may |
| 2:59.1 | want to reward yourself with. With all herbs you want to check with your |
| 3:03.9 | physician to make sure it's not going to harm you in any way especially if you |
| 3:10.0 | take other medications or you're nursing or you are pregnant. So just take |
