On today’s podcast I had Omar Alfaro on. He is a real estate investor and agent out of California and doing big things. He did over $2 million last year in real estate revenue alone and is also accumulating a bunch of doors. We talk about his career the last 20 years being in real estate, what it was like going through all these different cycles. We go over how he had REO account and no one wanted to buy these homes in California for $40,000, so he started buying them himself. Obviously it was a wise decision. We talk about what it was like going through cycles, what is going to be like in the future for real estate investing and the market. We also discuss his experience as he is always trying to learn and be humble and alway be coachable. He has a great perspective to hear, especially from someone who has already had so much success.
