Hey, hey!
In this weeks episode of the pod I'm talking about the unsexy side of self-care. While there are a lot of people on social media showing you their self-care highlights I want you to understand that self-care isn't always "'pretty" so that you don't get caught up in comparison traps.
I'm also sharing three steps to take that will help you on your self-care journey:
1 - Self-awareness
2 - Get still
3 - Move Forward

| 2:16.0 | A part of the challenge that I have with self care is that unfortunately in order to grow your platform, we've got to be on social media. |
| 2:29.0 | So the problem is that not being on social media is not the problem in regards to this episode. The problem is that there are people that are doing things just for social media. |
