Hello again, beautiful beings of light, and welcome back to another expand podcast with yours truly, Elizabeth April.

Today I am talking all about self-awareness, but not just the awareness of yourself

as the creator of this reality contained within this incarnation, but really the exhaustion that comes with the

awareness of every moment of this reality. We first need to acknowledge and realize

that our perception, our now moment is composed and comprised of many different layers happening all at the same time.

And that can be quite overwhelming.

To be in this now moment, to think about all of the past lifetimes in accumulation of this now moment,

to think about all of the spirit guides and the ancestors

and the beings over in other dimensions in this now moment.

To think about yourself as an incredible vessel of biology and genetics and DNA

and microorganisms and genetics and DNA and microorganisms

and cells and atoms in this now moment.

And then of course to think about your soul

that has access to everything.

Your soul has access to every single dimension in this now moment, every single dimension in this universe.

So that's a lot.

Now, when we wake up, we go through layers of awakening.

And this is actually what my first book is all about.

The layers of awakening that we move through in understanding

the bigger perception of this reality. It's so much more than just this physical world. It's so

much more than just the numbers in your bank account or the cars in your garage or the rooms in your
