Just, if you go through the list,

it's just you wonder how did he possibly make it through that?

And he said it was because he didn't look to what was seen,

but he looked to what was unseen.

In 2 Corinthians 4, verse 8, he said,

We are hedged in and pressed on every side, troubled and oppressed in every way,

but we're not cramped or crushed.

We suffer embarrassments and we're perplexed and unable to find a way out, but we're not cramped or crushed. We suffer embarrassments and we're perplexed

and unable to find a way out,

but we're not driven to despair.

We are pursued, persecuted, and hard driven,

but not deserted to stand alone.

We are struck down to the ground

but never struck out and destroyed.
