0:41.7	You've got to go through every part of your customers' experience from their perspective.
0:49.6	Too often, the number one mistake I see entrepreneurs make and marketers.
0:53.9	And even the team that you employ sometimes to do things for you,
0:57.5	they create and build things and review things from their desktop.

1:04.8	Except that it's not because 70 maybe as high as 80% of your customers are experiencing your
